Runs for Cookies is written by Katie. She is a stay at home wife & mother of 2 little boys. She started her weight loss journey in 2009, and over 16 months, she lost 125 lbs! Her weight has since fluctuated (because she's human), and she never hides the realness of her struggle on her blog–which is the main reason why I love it!
